• To provide account access and deliver the FINXPLORER analytics product.
• To power dashboards, categorization, reporting, and financial insights.
• To improve product reliability, performance, and user experience.
• To communicate service updates, billing notifications, and support responses.
• To protect the service, investigate misuse, and maintain security controls.

• FINXPLORER uses read-only access where supported — we do not initiate transactions.
• We do not ask users to send banking credentials directly to FINXPLORER.
• Financial data is used exclusively to power analytics and reporting.
• Your financial data is never sold to third parties.

You may request access to your information, request corrections, export eligible data, or request deletion of your account and associated data. Contact privacy@finxplorer.com for any privacy-related requests.

Information is retained only as long as needed for service delivery, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or legitimate security and operational needs. When you delete your account, financial data is removed within a reasonable timeframe.
