FINXPLORER is an analytics platform, not a financial advisor, broker, or bank. Any dashboards, categorizations, reports, or insights are informational only and should not be treated as personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.

• Paid features are offered on a subscription basis. Pricing and trial terms are presented at signup.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel at any time via Settings → Subscription. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

We may improve, modify, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FINXPLORER is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We work to provide a reliable product but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation at all times. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
